Been coming here every time we stay in içmeler. Good food, stunning place and great staff members. Everyone here is very friendly and a big shout out to the entertainment staff, always putting 100% in. Would highly recommend, great place to visit :)

I can't give less than five stars as I feel the hotel staff and actual hotel give you a fabulous experience. The good points are that everybody here will go out of their way to make your stay great. Unfortunately they cannot say who you will be with at the time of your holiday. We had an amazing first week in September lovely and quiet and very friendly around the annexe pool. Second week was completely different with mom just shouting at kids because couldn't be bothered to control them and respect other people were also on holiday. So for this reason I wouldn't return and yes I know that can happen anywhere. By the way Ali is absolutely outstanding and I feel makes this place what it is. He is an absolute credit
